The Valley Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) invites you to honor individuals, corporations, foundations, volunteers, and employees that are vital to your nonprofit organization by nominating them for recognition during National Philanthropy Day. With eight categories of honorees - from the Outstanding Philanthropist to the Distinguished Achievement Special Award plus up to 10 SPIRIT of Philanthropy, you will be able to submit nominations for your highest caliber financial supporter to your most spirited volunteer.

Nominations will be accepted from 501(c) (3) nonprofit organizations in Fresno, Tulare, Kings, Kern, Madera, Mariposa, and Merced counties. AFP membership is not required.

All nominations are due by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, September 15, 2011. Criteria, directions, and submittal information on are the nomination forms.
